Product Introduction
Portal steel structures mainly include two types: light-steel portal frame structures and heavy-steel portal frame structures. The structure is mainly subject to plane stress, and the overall structure forms a stable system by setting column bracings, horizontal bracings, rigid tie rods, etc. According to the different lifting capacities of cranes, solid-web columns (for light-steel portal frames) and truss-type steel columns (for heavy-steel portal frames) can be used. This type of structure has simple force bearing and clear force transmission path, which can give full play to the mechanical properties of steel.

Design Technology
Bafang Steel Structure adopts advanced design software for targeted design, optimizes variable cross-section dimensions and support arrangements according to the stress of components to achieve the optimal economic indicators. Common design software includes professional ones such as 3D3S, PKPM, YJK, and general software such as SAP2000 and midas for analysis. Common steel materials are Q235B, Q355B, Q390B.
Production Technology
Bafang Steel Structure adopts a digital intelligent manufacturing production line, including intelligent CNC laser cutting machines (maximum cutting thickness 60mm), automatic rail-type welding robots, automatic crawler mobile welding robots, large gantry welders, and large component straightening machines. The butt penetration welds can reach Grade I standard, and the verticality and flatness of components are better than those specified in China's current national standard Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering (GB50205). The component surface is derusted by shot blasting, reaching SA2.5 level. Anti-corrosion processes such as paint spraying and hot-dip galvanizing can be adopted, with an anti-corrosion life of more than 15 years.
Construction Technology
Portal steel structures are generally installed by hoisting. The installation sequence starts with the axis rigid frame with column bracings: first assemble the roof beam on the ground, then install the column, hoist the roof beam to splice and position with the column, and set temporary supports. After two rigid frames are in place, install supporting components such as bracings, purlins, and knee brace, and check verticality. The lifting points of large components should be checked to ensure no permanent deformation.

Product Advantages
Portal steel structures have large spans and high space utilization, with a maximum span of 45 meters. Components have simple force transmission and reasonable stress, making full use of material strength with high economic indicators. By optimizing the cross-section form, it can currently carry cranes with a maximum capacity of 300 tons.
