     Product Introduction     

Space frame structure is an important branch of spatial structural systems. It constructs a building structure with both stability and aesthetics through the orderly connection of three-dimensional spatial rods. Currently, the commonly used space frame forms are bolted spherical grid and welded spherical grid. The bolted spherical space frame is assembled and connected by bolted spheres, bolts, sleeves, cones, and rods, while the welded spherical space frame is formed by welding hollow spheres and rods. This structural form is widely used in various industrial and civil buildings.



 

     Design Technology     

Bafang Steel Structure's Space frame structure adopts finite element analysis, 3D modeling, and full-stress optimization design. Common design software includes professional ones such as 3D3S, MST, and SFCAD, and general software like SAP2000 and midas can also be used for analysis. Common steel materials are Q235B, Q355B, 304 stainless steel, etc. During design, different structural schemes are compared, and the structural layout is optimized to achieve the optimal balance between economy and safety.

 


     Production Technology     

Bafang Steel Structure adopts a digital space frame production line, with intelligent CNC plasma cutting machines and automatic welding robots, ensuring the processing accuracy of rods within ±1.0mm. The intelligent CNC bolted sphere processing robot can automatically find and load materials, and process according to drawings by automatic image recognition, with the angle accuracy of bolt holes controlled within ±30'. The surface of components can adopt anti-corrosion processes such as paint spraying, thermal zinc spraying, and hot-dip galvanizing, with an anti-corrosion life of over 15 years.



 

     Construction Technology    

Common construction methods for Space frame structures include high-altitude bulk method, block hoisting method, integral hoisting method, sliding method, jacking method, lifting method, etc. During construction, the construction scheme can be reasonably selected according to construction conditions, and a single method or a combination of multiple methods can be adopted to ensure both construction progress and safety. On-site equipment such as total stations and laser measurement stations are used to detect construction quality at all times, ensuring the project is foolproof.

The Space frame structure is a spatial force-bearing system, which can easily achieve spans of more than 60 meters, and currently can reach an ultra-large span of 160 meters. The bolted spherical grid is a factory-prefabricated product with a mature and stable production line, and the prefabrication rate exceeds 95%. The space frame can be flexibly customized to meet various modeling needs of building functions and achieve diverse architectural forms.

Widely used in sports venues (such as swimming pools, stadium roofs), transportation hubs (airport terminals, high-speed railway station waiting halls), industrial warehouses (aircraft maintenance hangars, coal storage sheds), commercial buildings (shopping mall atriums, exhibition halls), etc. It is especially suitable for projects with large spans, large spaces, and strict requirements on architectural aesthetics and construction cycles.
